We will be developing 80 lots at the Northshore at Lakewood Village consisting of .25, .33, and .5 AC lots. Pricing is still to be determined as we proceed with engineering and platting. The development will have city sewer/water, and natural gas (ATMOS) provided to each lot. Lakewood Village is planning to eliminate the city tax by 2026, and the new Elementary school is scheduled to break ground in the summer of 2022.
